A Twisted Heart is when your main veins that travel to your heart from the neck do not cross over. So the heart must compensate by twisting. This is, as far as i know, a lifetime thing. Usually happens when your born premature. My girlfriend was born 3 months premature with a twin who dies. She has a twisted heart and takes panic attack quite often. Its hard to live with but since we got together its been getting better.
