hello, lately i have been getting a lot of chest pain on the center of my chest.

I have this pain in the center of my chest. Its a little uncomfortable when i press on it. Someimes it feel like its traveling to my throat. sometime it feels like i have a bad gas bubble sitting on my chest. I even feel like i need to throw up. im very concern, I went to the doctor but he said it can be my heartburn. I dont think it is. Can you please help.
