How much aspirin should I take to get the heart attack preventive effects, 81mg or 375mg?

Alot of doctors,I hear recomend a baby asprin everyday,if you have any major problems,it would be wise to carry along a stronger asprin just in case a problem would arise that you think your having a heart attack,I've had a mild 1 in 03 Jim

This is an issue to talk over with your doctor or a cardiologist--since they have more knowledge, and would have access to your medical files which are indispensible in figuring out dosages of drugs to prescribe their patients.
