Ten years after a surgery for thoracic arterial aneurism, and removal of my sternum, I am beginning to have back problems associated with the ribs that were connected to my previous sternum. Perhaps only one rib/vertebrae.

Am desperately seeking someone with enough knowledge of back to guide/help me with this.  Anyone???
