Hello inarose, I'm sorry to hear about you feeling poorly and your unemployment situation. Honestly, giving your medical history and symptoms, you need to speak with your personal physician as soon as possible. I would guess with some certainty that he will send you to the emergency room. In a person with cardiac disease risk factors like yours, chest pain is always a concerning symptoms. It must be investigated with an history, physical exam, EKG and blood work at least I hope you get feeling better. To your health, Neil MD
