Q: I have been having some severe chest pain, tingle in my left arm and some back pain.

I have been told that since I have not been doing anything when I have symptons, (squeezing in chest, arm numbness, and back pain) that I am not having a heartattack.  Is this true?  My husband had a heart attack and had not done anything the whole day.  I don't understand
