Should I be concerned from a vien break in the back of my upper leg?

Use NuvaRing, Had a vien break in the back of my upper leg. Work on my feet, am 40 went to the Dr, he was not concerned since he could not find a "bump" My left arm feels funny, just the bicept, should I be concerned? Have been sleepy latley.

I already read the info, wanted an unbiased opinion. I have a high pain tolerence, ie, do not know when I am in labor. So, a lot of the symptoms can not be used. Thanks for responding.
