Q: I have had stomach pain headache, some dizziness for the past 1 1/2 week, should I be concerned?

If this is still going on, I would definatley call your physician now. I am linking some info about syptoms of a stroke and heart attack (a stroke can be associated with dizziness and headache and a heart attack is associate with all 3 of the symptons you listed) so it's definately worth a call to your doctor.
It's always better to see your physician or go to emergency care and find out it's nothing serious.
