Q: is chest pain under my left breast a sign of cardiac

in my left hand my pinky and ring finger have had some numbness for past 3 days.also i have been been getting headaches that come and go. today im getting sharp pains under my left breast.could this be cardiac.?i have no health benefits tilll april 1 so im hoping that it may be something else where i can wait.im 30yrs old
