Pregnant Daughter

As I said before, my daughter needs suggestions on how to care for her baby after she delivers. My daughter has mitro valve regurgitation and is not allowed to lift anything over 5 lbs. This will be a problem but I am sure others have been through it and might have some suggestions for us or have ideas where we can go to look for helpful advice. She is only 3 months along but is worried about it now. I would like to ease her mind with some suggestions.
