ive ha a chest pain that come & goes freguently, it feels really tight and its hard to breath. help!

Thanks for your question.

 

It's difficult to say what exactly is causing your discomfort, but the symptoms you've described are concerning and raise the possibility of heart disease.  There are several other possibilities, but heart disease the one that needs to be checked into and ruled out right away.

 

I suggest you contact your physician for an appointment as soon as possible.  He/she will ask many questions and perform a physical examination and electrocardiogram.  He/she will then be in a better position to make a decision about what is going on.  Further testing may be required before a final answer is found.  Again, there are several other possibilities that are not serious, but the only way to find out is to see your doctor.
