Hi,I'm female aged 20 and have been experiencing severe chest pains and palpitations.Although I have suffered these symptoms in the past they have not yet been quite this bad.I'm find I have to keep my chest elevated to keep the pain at bay,also my right arm feels numb,almost a throbbing sensation.I am a smoker,however I am generally healthy.I like to think! I am a sufferer of panic attacks,however the symptoms I am now experiencing are somewhat different to those of a panic attack (from my experience) I am growing more and more worried :( I fear seeking medical help/advice as past trips to the ER have left both the doctor nd myself scratching our heads,or they have simply dismissed that these pains could be anything serious.I feel myself that these are warning signs pointing to something serious.Simply breathing is a difficult task,help please any advice would be very much appreciated.thankyou :)
