In response to:
Please!  check into Cardiac Vasospasms or Esphagagus spasms.  Both hurt and feel like a heart attack. My symptoms were always at rest.  Strong pain in the middle of my chest and nothing would help.  Once diagnosed with both of these, the meds i'm on have not had anymore problems.  The cardiac vasospams could be deadly without treatment, could lead to heart attack.  Please check with your doctor on both of these. Vasospasms are most common in women. Good luck, and I hope this helped!
