Hi.
I have a friend who has a heart condition by birth which I don't know the name of and would like to do more research about. She is missing an artery and has a bigger capillary(ies)? Does this health defect exist and if it does, would you be kind enough to let me know what the name of this disease is and some basic information about the disease?

There are several defects that can occur as a fetus develops. I have read about people missing an artery, but I am not sure if there is actually a name for this. I encourage you to ask your friend more questions about it.
