I soaked a sterile pad of tea tree oil then applied it directly on the 3 huge pimples on my cheeks including the surrounding skin. When I woke up the next morning, the pimples had decreased in size but turned a nasty yellow color and looked like a sore. Also, I now have a very red burn mark shaped like a square on my cheek! I'm using zinc ointment BP but any other suggestions?
