Q: Does passing a Stress Echo test mean all is OK with all aspects of my heart?

I passed a stress echo test. Report indicated "exercise intolerance." My GP sent me for the  test because I am getting out of breath easily and experience extreme exhaustion all day. My mother had these symptoms, needed a triple bypass and died of heart disease.

My question: Does passing the stress echo mean I should just drop the subject for now & live with the symptoms I'm having? Or should I ask for a referral to a cardiologist?
