Q: Sharp, severe pain in upper back and shoots into neck. Can't move or hardly walk for over 1 week now. Now notices very large dark bruise on complete side of upper back

You should visit with your physician regarding your symptoms. Just to be safe, review the signs of a Heart Attack/Stroke.
