Thanks for you question which is a frequent complaint among patients.  Unfortunatey there is much information required before an answer can be provided.  Age, underying conditions, medication, what initiates the burning, what relieves it, when does it occur, etc.  You should make an appointment with you doctor who will use this information to help diagnose your symptoms.  He will probably concentrate on gastrointestinal causes as well as making sure that your heart is OK.  After taking your history and peforming a physical examination, he will be in the best position to advise you of the problem and what evaluation and treatment, if any, is required.
