With a history of heart disease, and especially prior cardiac surgery, any new symptoms that might be related to heart disease should be evaluated by your physician. This includes any chest discomfort (pain, pressure, burning), shortness of breath, leg swelling, palpitations or fluttering in the chest, lightheaded or dizziness, or indigestion.
I suggest you contact your doctor for an appointment as soon as possible to have this checked out. Never take a chance with any symptoms that may be related to your heart.
