It looks like the generic version of aggrenox is referred to exactly as that, "generic for aggrenox." The actual name is aspirin-dipyridamole. From what I can tell just by doing a google search, this is a medication available at the pharmacy. I am not certain of the cost, so I encourage you to call your prescription drug company or pharmacist for the details.
