Q: One of my best friends died a few days ago and they found her bleeding from the nose and ears and foaming at the mouth and she had also turned blue. Could this be result of a heart attack?

I am sorry to hear about your best friend. I'm not able to give you a definate answer as to cause of death. Is an autopsy being done? She will have to be evaluated to determine true cause of death.
