Q: chest pain

I ate a yogurt before bed and woke up with chest pain, shortness of breath and dizziness.

the shortness of breath and dizziness only lasted 30 seconds but the pain stayed thru out the day. before bed my husband gave me a back and chest massage and it really really improved the pain to almost none, and when I woke up i felt much better than yesterday morning, but the pain still subsides in my center chest towards and in my left breast. i only feel it when I move wrong or massage my left breast. should i be concerned or ride it out?

i dont have a history of medical problems, im a 34 year old stay at home mom. could i have strained it and not felt the pain until morning. it just concerns me because it made  me have shortness of breath and dizziness, but that could have been from aniexty from waking up in such horrible pain?
