Q: irregular heart beat

My blood pressure has been about 160/120. I am 5'7, 33 yrs.and 320lbs Female. I don't drink or smoke. I have type 2 diabetes. For the past 2 weeks my heart has been beating irregular and i have shortness in breath. I also can not sleep at night some times don't go to bed til 5 am. and wake up a few hours later to go to work. I have a blood pressure cup at home. It also reads irragular but not every time.  Does this sound serious? Note i have no insurrance.Frown What do you think is going on? And what should i do? thank youEmbarassed

Your blood pressure is elevated and I recommend you take steps to bring it back within normal.  Check out the following post for tips.
