can blood test show a heart attack after it happended one week ago.

I think I experienced a heart attack a week ago, I took an asperin and took nitro spray (3 doses), the pain lasted about 5 hours.
The pain was in between by chest, it felt like as if I had swallowed a candy and it was stuck there and the pain went thru my shoulder.
Can blood work shows a heart attack has occured a week ago?

I dont think so, BUT you need to discuss with a doctor. I had a "silent" heart attack,never knew,Doc said he could tell I had one, but not when!!
