sharp pain when I breath, can not make a breath .arm goes numb,i am 32 this happened when i was at least 28... told it was anxiety and have abnormal breast tissue

last night i had a vice like pains gripping in my chest and my left arm was very painfill my fingers went numb.this happened about four times during the night. this is the second time this has happened.i thought it might be indegestion.not that i suffer from that.
