Q: Heart Stopped?

I get PVC's all the time and am pretty use to them, but a couple of days ago I was standing in the kitchen and all the sudden I just felt "weird" so I checked my pulse on my carotid in my neck and I didnt feel my heart beating, which it sometimes feels like that when I am having PVC's but this one was different, all the sudden I felt like I was going to pass out, then I got tingly everywhere and my sister looked at me and looked scared and said WHATS WRONG, she said I turned BRIGHT red from my hands to my whole face. AND I felt myself flush like that, then I started to get short of breath and nauseaous. THEN my heart started beating again, normally, and nothing else happened all day..a few PVC's but nothing like that. I am 40 yrs old, NOT over weight, slim, medium activities, have tachycardia, my heart rate is around 120 most of the day, 80 when resting, normal B/P and cholestrol around 189. on NO meds. I am concerend with the sudden flushing like that, was that just my adrenaline rushing since it scared me, or is there something cardiac related with flushing like that when your heart stops beating?  The rest of the day I felt a weird sensation in my chest, kind of like a pulled muscle. I wasnt really dizzy, and only sick to my stomach for about 1/2 hour, more from nerves I think?  any idea what that could have been????
