Q: What if I have had pain in my shoulder for a few days, then I get a tightness in my chest that lasts about 20 minutes, then feel fine?

I have high blood pressure but am on medication that is keeping it right around 150/90. My pulse has been runnign high for quite a while in the low 100's or high 90's at rest. What does all this mean?
