Q: Significance and prognosis of early Coronary Artery Disease

I had an Coronary Angiogram done in January 2002. It showed two 25% blocks in the Left Anterior Descending Artery.

Is it likely those blocks will actually have increased in size since then? I have no particular symptoms.

Is there any way to see if that has occured, or do you just have to wait until you have a heart attack?
