Q: Ischemic Heart Disease

I recently suffered what has been diagnosed as a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA)(mini-stroke) and as a Vietnam Veteran, does this qualify for compensation under Ischemic Heart Disease (Agent Orange) and should I file with the VA?.
