I am having sudden sharp pain in my heart, that comes and goes, but only lasts for a few seconds. Had it in the last 9 hours. What is it mean?

I find it funny that you actually know that the pain you feel is in your heart.
I'm sure for different people, having different heart attacks, that the pain can feel different.
I had pain, I thought it felt like very cold air in my lungs, like a icecream headache, it lasted several seconds up to 2 minutes. I had this pain about 5 times a day, for 2 days.
The last one I had, was a lot more painful, made me sweat. I got to the hospital and found out I had had a heart attack and needed a quadruple bypass.
