I have been seeing a doctor about this for a long time. The issue most likely is being caused by extra stress. Emoitionally or physically. "We carry alot of weight on our shoulders" That saying is very true ! I AM 24 and have the same issues. Keep in mind it could also be rhemtoid arthritus or other issues... like i have.... It's best to find your self a good neurologist who can do extensive but not time consuming testing . It's worth the wait in the end you do get relief ! ... However, As I was going to say.. is that recently my blood pressure started pulling numbers of over 100 on the bottom. 158 over 114 got me into the docs and i have noticed the same pain. Remedy... Stress reduction.. Mine is done by use of klonopin a medication used to treat anxiety conditions as well as seizures.. or you can use valium . or find a way to get your self to relax. But if your like me, It just doesnt work that way! . Ive put alot of time and effort into myself to try to relax to prevent the above and it doesnt work. You need to see a doctor about getting your blood pressure under control and having an antianxiety agent brought in.. It will promote better sleep, and help you lower your blood pressure as well. AS IT REDUCES your bodies responce to stress ! I hope that this helps...
