blood pressure 89/56 and resting pulse as high as 112 What is going on?

I normally have low blood pressure, about 100 over 70. Now it is lower and I have periods of resting pulse rate over 100 up to 112. This started 3 days ago. I feel as if I have been on the treadmill for 30 minutes, but I haven't.
