Q: my friend is not able to exhale suddenly once the air is taken in this can be in the night while sleeping he feels like something has struk inside not able to speak , feeling like lack of oxygen

feeling the inhale air is not coming out feels like something obstructing in the way

Hi Problems in Breathing,

It's difficult to say what may becausing his symptoms. I recommend he contact his doctor for an evaluation to determine why he feels like there is an obstruction and appropriate treatment.
