Monday, June 06, 2011 nancy asks

Q: my heart rate has always been low 65 but lately its been in the low 55 i take blood pressure pills lotensin 20 mg what would cause my heart rate to go that low

Hi nancy,

 

Here is information on Bradycardia--slow heart rate--and on Lotensin oral precautions. I suggest you discuss any changes you notice with your physician who should be able assess your situation.
