Q: Can left-sided chest pain be associated with panic attacks?

Hi,this is Sk and a few months back my grand mother died during my final exams, due to which i could not visit her on her death-bed.I was severely depressed and my studies suffered too.And after my exams,my new term stared and i began to have very depressing experiences like dizziness while standing, which passed off as soon as isat down,or headaches, which subsided after i took tea or coffee, and then after 2-3 months,my college was closed due to some reason, and i became very depressed as my boyfriend had to leave for his home in the country, during that period whenever i climbed stairs i would gasp for breath,my doctor gave me iron tablets saying that i have anemia,n then sometimes while driving i had attacks of left-sided chest discomfort, and palpitations too..But for the last 4-5 months i had no problems except for few episodes of dizziness and sweating whenever i am distressed, and also heavy-headed feeling on standing up from bed suddenly..But last week i again experienced left-sided chest discomfort and a pounding feeling in head after climbing stairs..I want to know if i have something serious to think other than panic disorder???
