Q: having chest pains in right side of chest. cant take deep breath is this heart related.

Generally chest pains related to heart problems or a heart attack are felt in the left side, but they can be felt in some on the right side. If it hurts to take a deep breath, this could also be an issue with your lung, such as pneumonia. I encourage you to go to the emergency room or see your physician as soon as possible since either issue should be treated immediately.
