Q: My boyfriend is 52 and has been having jaw pain on the left side.

Today he is nauseated, clammy sweat, tired, and having irregular heart beats that I can hear. He believes it is just a residual feeling from a Tylenol 3 he took last night and having a glass of wine with dinner. Could that cause those symptoms?

He is 1 year post a hepaticojejunostomy with a Roux En Y procedure with a Right Hepatic Artery damage and I also worry about another small bowel obstruction. He is petrafied to go back to a doctor. Any advice would be so helpful!

I don't know if the Tylenol 3 or the glass of wine causes those symptoms, but I had jaw pain for about about a month, then one day it didn't go away my husbank took me to the ER and I was having a Heart Attack, the doctor said the jaw pain was a warning, if it continues he might want to have it checked out
