Q: Right nipple having needle like pain and burning, please answer!

For the past two days if I put any pressure on my right nipple like bending over and it touched my leg or if I reach for something and brush it with my arm I get a felling as if a sharp needle is being inserted followed up by burning that only last for about 20 sec. But my chest wall has been inflamed for 4 months now and im on ani-inflamatories, could this be the cause of it? p.s. its not swollen red or any different besides the new pain!
