I don't understand your questions. ??

How would a heart patient touch his heart??? His heart is inside of his body, he can't touch it.

Laughing??? - For a few weeks after open heart surgery, like 6 weeks, things like laughing, couching, or sneezing may be painful and a pillow should be held against the chest while doing it.

Normally during his time of 6 weeks, the person has gone through soo much and has felt so much pain, he will not have much "laughing" in him, even if something was funny.
