I'm looking for information from Community Members who have had a catheter ablation for severe SVT. If you could include your personal experiences including the pros and cons, and any tips that would help to prepare for the procedure and post-procedure limitations. Also, have any of you been in the small minority where a pace-maker had to be implanted? Also did you have the 6 hour procedure and have to do this as an in-patient. My Dr. say's I have to do it this way due to bleeding complications and other problems.
If you have any thing else to add, that you think is important please do.
