Why do I have severe edema in my legs and feet and after 4 dr. visists and 2 er visits I'm worse

This has been going on for 6 weeks. They have told me to double my lasik, given me iv lasik, then 5 days ago told me not to take lasik anymore. My chest has been hurting, I'm tired, can barely walk, my pulse ox 5 days ago was 90 to 91 and the er did nothing. I urinate maybe 1 time a day. Can ANYBODY help me???!!!??? I am only 46 yrs. old with 3 kids to raise.

p.s. I am disabled, spinal cord injury, and have extremely high blood pressure that isn't controlled and I take 4 different meds fot it.
