Q: i've been having constant headaches,frequent urination,lower back pain,heartburn when i eat certain things,fatigue but at night i can't sleep and i haven't recieved my period butit feels like im on it

There are many different potential causes for the symptoms you are experiencing. I recommend contacting your physician for an evaluation.
