I have a burning sensation around heart and go around towards back shoulder
Q: Burning sensation near heart. Is it a one of the sypmtoms of heart attack

Hi Shan,
Pain in or around the heart that radiates to the shoulders or back is a symptom of a heart attack.
If you are having this sort of pain, I encourage you to see your physician or go to the emergency room to rule out a heart attack vs muscular pain or lung issues.
