William Dias,
Thanks for your question.
I'm not sure you meant to write that your blood pressure is 66/105. Did you mean 105/66? Or did you mean 166/105?
If your blood pressure is 105/66 and you are not having any symptoms of dizziness, lightheadedness, vision changes, especially when sitting up from a lying position, or standing up from a sitting position, then this is perfectly fine and nothing to worry about. If you are having symptoms then you need to contact your physician for his advice on what to do.
If your pressure is 166/105, this is a high reading. If your usual pressure is normal, this may be of concern. Infections (like bronchitis), plus the constant coughing, can affect blood pressure adversely. I suggest you contact your physician and let him know about the pressure reading. He knows your history and your underlying conditions, and can best advise you on what to do.
Best wishes and feel better.
Martin Cane, M.D.
