i have chf and enlarge heart and now i cant lay on left side or sometime raise left arm because of the pain and it feels like something is pulling and a lot of pressure in the chest i have shortness of breath pain on left side of neck and jaw and it really seem to bother me when i lay down can anyone help me I take nitro it helps for a little while but how many of them can i take in a day

I recommend you contact your physician about your symptoms. What you are experiencing are classic signs of a heart attack. Granted it may be a result of your CHF and enlarged heart, but still best to consult your physician as soon as possible.
