PRESSURE IN CHEST

i have chf and enlarge heart and now i cant lay on left side or sometime raise left arm because of the pain and it feels like something is pulling and a lot of pressure in the chest i have shortness of breath pain on left side of neck and jaw and it really seem to bother me when i lay down can...
