Hello,I believe if your stressed you may be suffering from Anxiety which could possibly effect your sleep,as it does with me as I have anxiety and im on meds for it.It effects your sleep,espically if you lay in bed with alot of things going thru your mind.It could also be possible that it could cause pains,also,i know Depression can also effect you greatly,in many areas,sleep,and possible pain issues,I also suffer from Depression issues.Jim
