Thanks for your question. It is very difficult to say what your problem is at this time, but your symptoms are very concerning. The possibilities are many and some of them could be serious.
I suggest you contact your doctor immediately to be seen. If this is not possible, I recommend you go to the emergency room for an evaluation, as you may need treatment right away.

being coronary desease patient and tripler volve defuse and not fit for bypass, angioplasty, and stenty i am on medication only from last 13 years the blood circulation is reducing. consequently i am suffering from angina and exhurtion.
