The information provided is very limited.  But if you are having chest and arm pain, you need to be evaluated by a physician.  It's impossible for me to tell what the problem is, but chest pain can be a challenging symptom to diagnose, and a symptom that should be looked into sooner than later.

 

Call your doctor for an appointment as soon as possible.  If you have continuous pain that lasts more than fifteen minutes, you should go to an emergency room.
