    Hi Adeel,

The amount of fat and cholesterol will vary depending on the cut of meat your select, but here are some approximate levels.

Goat - Fat 2.6 grams, Cholesterol 64 miligrams

Chicken - Fat 3.1 grams, Cholesterol 73 miligrams

    All the best,

Yes, developing your stomach muslces will help.  However, to reduce the subcutaneous fat you'll need to boost your aerobic activity, too.  This could be walking, bikiing, jogging, swimming, etc.

      Hi Lisa

      thanks once again

      last question please.

refer to the above stomach issue is it a myth or true that do not drink water immediately after the meal which cause stomach to expand?

      thanks

      Hi Adeel,

I do not completely understand your question.  However, I believe you are asking if the time you drink water impacts your stomach expansion.  If so, this is a myth.  You should be well hydrated and drink plenty of water before, after, and between meals.  It's not the water that is causing an expanded stomach, but excess calories that lead to extra fat layers along with possible poor muscle tone.

      Hope that helps.

      Lisa

      Question re-phrased

Many people suggest that upon completion of your meal (dinner or lunch) drink water after 30mins . Because you got acid/enzymes in your stomach that helps to digest your food, if we drink water straightaway it will dilute the acid and delay the process of digestion.

Do you agree with that ?
